My makeup collection may not be the same size as the typical person’s collection, but my skincare collection is fairly small. My skin’s needs change fairly often, especially with my move to Colorado, the land of the driest air ever. I’ve been searching high and low for products that could sort out my skin and created an early 20s skincare wishlist targeted at my oily skin. My oily skin that’s constantly breaking out.
Some months, I don’t get to blog as much as I want to. Even if I’m not writing blog posts or posting on social media, my brain is always in blogger mode. I’m constantly looking for new things to try and review. There were a bunch of products I didn’t get to review this month (But I did review drugstore highlighters under $5 and lip glosses for people who hate lip gloss!) that I still wanted to give some love and attention to, so I thought I’d give you a break down of what worked, what didn’t, and what was just okay.
I have at least 2 full wardrobes of clothing I wore when I could fit in smaller sizes. There are enormous vacuum bags filled with clothes sitting in the back of my closet waiting for a day when I might fit in them again. I even have clothes packed up at my parent’s home in Florida just waiting for me.
Only half of them get used (Probably less). It’s easy for people to tell me “Well, you should donate the clothing that doesn’t fit.” I feel like unless you’re plus size or have ever experienced some kind of noticeable weight gain, you might not fully understand. I constantly hold onto the thoughts of “but when I lose weight I might want this.” And yeah, keeping staple pieces like denim and button up shirts for the future isn’t the worst thing, but what if I never do?
