Day 2 – Holiday Outfits – All Wrapped Up.

Hey, bow friends!

Day 2 is here!  Today’s outfit is something a little more dressy than yesterday’s look, but still casual.  Still keeping it simple and still wearing a lot of black.  This is perfect for going out to dinner with family or a holiday get together with friends. Day two outfit

FaceI am sporting a velvet bow (The same as my Halloween costume, awkwardly enough.) to help me fake short hair.  It takes seconds to throw your hair up like this in an elastic headband and if you’d like an idea of how, have a peek here.

I was super excited to borrow Ruby Woo from my mom and for the first time ever, I felt like I could actually pull it off.  I’ve been afraid of it for a long time, but it’s a gorgeous shade. When it comes to the outfit, of course, if it’s cooler where you are, maybe opt for some sweater tights or boots and a nice, thick coat.  I am in love with the bow pattern of these shorts.  It’s not too much and actually comes off looking like polka dots.  What would you add to this look?  What other lip color do you think would pair nicely?  Do let me know!

How are you guys doing?  It’s getting really chilly here actually and I’m enjoying it so much.  So many cat cuddles and cups of hot chocolate are being enjoyed in my house.  Are you ready for day three?!

We shall talk soon!

I like your blog and the outfit is cute but I am not a fan of the shorts. Not because they are shorts I just think they cut you off rather than create a nice silhouette. Maybe a black pair or a pair that had black in them would be better. Not to be insulting, just my opinion.

That’s fine (: You’re totally entitled to your own opinion. I see where you’re coming from though! Thanks for your idea, I appreciate it. Black would look great.
